I took my first Brazilian jiu jitsu class here. I couldn't ask for anything before. As someone that was inexperienced, I wasn't sure what to expect but the class was great. The instructors were all very helpful and were able to give me extra help as need be. The atmosphere was very welcoming and healthy. Everyone was very clean and professional 5/5 I recommend it to beginners and expirenced people !
Went to a class while visiting a friend who trains here. Was extremely impressed with the skill, quality of instruction, and friendly attitude of everyone there. Was a great time-- look forward to visiting again!
Great place to train. The instructors excellent. They are friendly and happy to help you learn. The techniques are practical and safety is a priority.
My son and I visited here while visiting family and had a great experience. Hope to return the next time I am in town. Instruction was thorough and professional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My home school (Gracie Humaita WNC) is top notch so the bar is set high. These guys did not disappoint.
I visited my brother in Maryland and he took me to visit his gym. I met cool people from all levels and ages. My brother is 50 + and he is enjoying BJJ very much...except when I roll with him... I recommend this gym for its welcoming and friendly atmosphere and also due to the high level technical knowledge for both, self defense and competition. Its a great mix. Oss!
