Although we did not have a great first experience the owner of this facility was very kind and reached out to us to try and help and fix the problem after speaking to the owner we found out that our Sampson has skin problems so she suggested that we did a hypoallergenic shampoo it work wonders this place is fantastic we will definitely be bringing our pooch back!!! Thank you Ashley your amazing!!
I was amazed at the eagerness of the staff to help and accommodate us last minute. My Gizmo looked like he was having a great time with his chaperone as he was snapped as a newbie on Facebook. I love this place! Its his home away from home!
Ashley is not only the best groomer I have ever had for my furry babies - she is a sweet and kind person and is just the most incredible new business owner. She gives every animal very kind attention, knows their names even if she has only met them once, she is just incredible. Her service is impeccable that she gives - top notch groomer - I will never go any where else!
